Teamwork

 

Teamwork is an online project management system that allows us to easily manage our team and tasks online. There is also an app you can download on your phone.

Slack

 

Slack is our internal communication system. We’ve replaced most emails by using Slack. We use Slack to talk as a team and keep everyone informed. Take a look at this video showing how we use Slack, and there is also an app you can download on your phone for free.

LastPass allows us to securely share usernames and passwords with the appropriate team members.

Jing

Jing is a quick & easy tool we use to record videos (less than five minutes) & take screenshots and post notes that can all be uploaded online and shared with others.

It is a very good tool for walking through requirements, testing and just communicating in general.
